We first launched the Big Plan in September 2022.
It was the result of a significant amount of work across MacIntyre, involving people who draw on our support, their families and our staff.
We held a big event last year, which brought together representatives from all over MacIntyre to develop the actions that would make Co-Production/Working Together a reality.
Big Plan Week
During Big Plan week from 5 to 9 June 2023, we will be sharing the key actions and looking at people’s experiences.
We’ll be helping everyone understand what Co-Production/Working Together really means. To do this, we’ll cover:
- Employment – what we are trying to do and people’s stories
- The Co-Production/Working Together Standards
- Accessible and inclusive meetings
- Personal relationships and Person-Centred Reviews
