In this month's episode Sui travels to Warrington to speak to the Fit To Tackle members and coaches. Fit To Tackle is a fitness group hosted at the Halliwell Jones Stadium Rugby Stadium which is home to Warrington Wolves.
Fit To Tackle is aimed at groups of people who need tailored support for training with education and different activities. The group has been a hit among the Warrington community for people who draw on support because of its varied activities and engaging leaders.
In the first interview, Sui chats to the Marketing Manager for Warrington Wolves, James, and Great Communities Manager Pete Connor about how the group has impacted participants. James talks about the Fit To Tackle 'star' trainer Adam, and how his leadership has made the biggest impact for the group. He says:
'He is knowledgeable and engaging, everyone who comes, comes back week after week'.
Sui chats to Adam himself about his job along with fit to tackle members Bethan, Will, George, and Oliver.
