With her trusty budgie Rio by her side, Sui-Ling chats to people from across MacIntyre and elsewhere.
In the latest episode, Sui-Ling sits down with Elmi Terjavjainan, Sebastian Foreman and Simon Tobin who work with Achieve Together.
We hear about the fantastic work they are all doing around self-advocacy and co-production. Their work includes Campaign 4 Change, part of which looks at the #MindYourLanguage campaign and 7 Keys to Citizenship, and Unity, a busy self-advocacy group.
All three talk about how much they enjoy their work. Elmi says she loves the creative freedom and working with people who have different ideas and experiences. Sebastian enjoys the campaigning, meeting new people and feeling part of the team. Simon loves that he is not treated differently to any other employee, although he is also supported by the organisation.
