In conversation about Everyone Everywhere
In the latest episode of the MacIntyre Podcast, we welcome guests Kathryn Yates, MacIntyre's Culture and Communities Manager, and Sian Lockwood, long-term friend and advisor to MacIntyre.
How it all started
At MacIntyre, we've always been involved in our local communities, in large and small ways. But the Everyone Everywhere concept came specifically from a conversation between MacIntyre's CEO, Sarah Burslem, and today's podcast guest Sian Lockwood.
Batting around a few ideas, Sarah declared that she wanted MacIntyre "to reach everyone, everywhere". Subsequently Kathryn Yates was brought on board from her previous MacIntyre role, and here we are today!
The four elements
We heard about how the four elements of Everyone Everywhere come together:
- Making connections in our local neighbourhoods, by
- Using our gifts, skills and passions, and
- Looking outward not inward, by asking
- How can we help?
