We’d like to say a big MacIntyre thank you to the Silver Swans Ballet in Shropshire who recently raised £600 for two charities, including MacIntyre.
The connection with the group came from Jo, mother of Jess who draws on MacIntyre’s support and is one of the MacIntyre Dancers. Jo, a former ballerina, recently joined the group and was talking about how Jess wanted to set up a local dance group in Shrewsbury so the Silver Swans were delighted to know that their donation would be able to help get this new group off the ground.
The group, to be known as The Crazy Creative Dance Group, will start their classes on Wednesday 5 February (2pm to 4pm) at the Gateway Centre in Shrewsbury, . Everyone is welcome. The first session is free, then it’s £3.50 each week.
