Recently, we have been overwhelmed by the support we have received from local communities; from fundraising efforts to acts of kindness that have boosted morale for our teams and the people we support.

A team from John Lewis and Partners has raised an incredible £2,500 for MacIntyre. The fundraising was completed by the Content Production Warehouse Magna Park 3 team, who began fundraising in April 2018, continued their efforts over 3 years to raise £70,000 for local charities.

Referring to their fantastic achievement, Mark, a member of the team said:

"In April 2018, I started a small fundraising exercise with some guys from my team to see if we could provide some relief to some local charities. This is a small token of appreciation for all of the work your charity has done in the community, providing care and support for those who need it, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic."

Thank you to The Compasses at Pattiswick, Essex

With many training facilities closed due to COVID-19, our teams were finding it challenging to find a space to conduct essential first aid training. The Compasses at Pattiswick in Braintree, a wedding venue currently closed to the public due to the pandemic, came to the rescue and offered the venue to ensure the training could safely go ahead, completely free of charge.
