Last month, we were thrilled to share that after receiving a charitable donation, we would be investing in three new roles across MacIntyre. These new roles will play a key part to ensure that people with disabilities and their families represented at all levels across our organisation.
Our Family Engagement Consultant will bring our ambitious vision for our engagement with families to life
Our My Way Facilitator – Transforming Care will work closely with young people and adults who have a learning disability and their families as they make the move from long-term secure residential settings to their own community-based homes
Our Self-Advocate Lead will be a person with a disability who will build on our existing advocacy work and ensure that the voice of people we support influence all that we do
