We have some outstanding employees at MacIntyre and every month one person from each division is chosen to be our Employee of the Month.
Below are the names of the winners in the categories of MacIntyre Adult Social Care, Children and Young People, MacIntyre No Limits™, and Specialist Support Services, together with an extract from their nominations.
Ewan Hutcheson: Adult Social Care, Milton Keynes
Ewan did an amazing job helping on the Hertfordshire project, leading the music video with fantastic ideas and working with people who draw on support brilliantly! Thank you Ewan for using your amazing video skills to brighten the lives of people who draw on support. The music videos you have made with Simon show innovation and dedication to bring joy to the people you support. Amazing work.
Molly Jaggar: Children and Young People, Buckinghamshire
Molly has always been dedicated and working hard with all the young people. She is always ready to take on challenges, bring smiles, and build good relationships with them. It is always lovely to see Molly having intensive interactions with young people and how they have started trusting her, communicating and expressing their needs and being comfortable with her. Molly brings a strong asset to her role and we are fortunate to have Molly in our Woodpecker Class team.
Stephen Summerfield: No Limits Milton Keynes
Steve is a cornerstone of No Limits MK. He is a caring Community Teaching Facilitator who puts learners at the heart of everything he does. He gets stuck in where needed and is never fazed by anything. Steve always checks in on other team members and is happy to help whenever people need support. Steve embodies Macintyre's DNA and supporting our learners to live gloriously ordinary lives.
Jaiie Cooper: Specialist Support Services
Jaiie is always willing to go above and beyond to support her colleagues, providing excellent support and advice and willing to support outside of the remit of data protection. Willing to be involved in a multitude of projects and ideas whilst keeping feet on the ground. Always available to bounce an idea off of. Jaiie gets involved with groups supporting the wider workforce as well, such as the wellbeing group and Staff Council and has promoted several activities improving staff morale and interdepartmental interaction. A great asset to MacIntyre.
