We're happy to share our 'Employees of the Month' for May. Thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate.
Below are the names of the winners in the categories of Adult Services, Children and Young People and Support Services and an extract from their nominations.
Lyn Mawhinney– Leicester
Lyn has brought so much to Leicester Adult Services since she moved into this role (coming from no Limits). She is a role model to every staff member- dedicated, caring and embodying every trait that you would hope a person in this industry would have. She is a Deputy Manager but is so often out supporting people herself. She goes above and beyond in her commitment to the people we support and to the staff she manages- somehow finding a balance and meaning that everyone knows that Lyn is there if they need or want her. Lyn has been a massive support to me personally in recent months. The trust and faith she has demonstrated in me has made a real difference to my confidence in handling situations at work that I was feeling stuck within.
Hayley Adams- No Limits MK
Hayley has made an incredible difference to the work experience opportunities available to No Limits learners in Milton Keynes. She is endlessly energetic and enthusiastic, and proactively works with local businesses and organisations to make connections, build relationships, and secure ongoing placements that provide learners with skills for life beyond No Limits. A true MacInstar!
Natalie Spires– Children and Young People Wingrave
Natalie comes into work every day with a smile on her face, she has amazing relationships with the young people and works every day to make sure they’re happy.
Micaela Pop– Staff Support
Mihaela has contributed hugely to the payroll team over the last months, particularly so during the challenging time of completing year end and getting us paid on time. She has put in many additional hours, yet remained enthusiastic and 'upbeat' throughout. Always having a positive attitude and influence in the office.
