The Autism Steering Group are celebrating International Day of Happiness as it is important that everyone has the chance to be happy, whether you are neurodiverse or neurotypical.
However, did you know that Autistic people can find it especially challenging to regulate their emotions? This is because Autism can often lead to extra hurdles such as sensory overload and meltdowns consequently decreasing levels of happiness in Autistic people.
With this in mind I have put together some top tips that can help boost your happiness this International Day of Happiness and beyond.
