At MacIntyre, we are all about the people we support and our workforce, who power our vision to support people with learning disabilities to live a life that makes sense to them.
We believe that experience isn’t essential for making a difference to someone’s life, but personality and a passion to learn are. Many of our teams are made up of individuals with a variety of career backgrounds, from lawyers to landscapers, chefs to graduates.
Pursue your passions
Whether you have been working with us for just a few months or 20 years, there’s always a chance to explore new opportunities with us.
We encourage and support you to explore your passions and aspirations through our countless training opportunities. We aim to help you to develop your skillset, where you will be encouraged to take on new challenges and grow as a professional.
You may start your career with us providing support for adults with learning disabilities, but may have always had an interest in education for young people. As we are based in over 18 regions across the UK and provide support for over 1,200 people, there will always be a chance for you to find out where you fit best.
