Meet the Manager
'The Cherries is a 6 bed house situated in Flackwell Heath, High Wycombe. The home benefits from a unique and large layout with living accommodation upstairs, bedrooms on the lower floor and a large garden area.
Once inside you can’t help but smile, as the gentlemen that live there love to greet and tell you about their day which gives the home a lovely warmth. The staff team at the service have remained consistent and each and every one of them is passionate about supporting each person to lead a life that is glorious to them.
We are ambitious for the home to keep developing and in order to do this we work in partnership with the local community and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes. As Area Manager for Bucks I love my visits to hear about everything everyone has been getting up to.' - Sarah Lancaster
