Meet the Manager
'Welcome to Station Road in Wheathampstead. I’ve been the manager since January 2023, however I’ve worked here for 10 years and am proud to lead such a diverse and hardworking team who are really experienced in supporting people with learning disabilities, dementia, dysphagia's, epilepsy, autism, end of life care, first aid and manual handling.
Most importantly, we spend time getting to know each person and build relationships; particularly important for those who don’t use words to communicate, to provide the best day to day care and support.
We’re constantly looking at areas to improve even further, and I’m always looking at making improvements to ensure we meet people’s individual needs, as well as those of the families of the people who draw on our support.' - Raj Parmar
