"I’m delighted to welcome you to Rowan Close in Bursledon. I’ve been the manager here since December 2022 and I’m proud to lead a great team. We spend time getting to know each person and build up individual relationships, to create a person-centred open and inclusive approach. We also love to encourage people to be as independent as possible. We’re constantly looking at areas to improve even further, and I’m always looking at making improvements to ensure we meet people’s individual needs." - Patricia Lief
