MacIntyre Making It Real!

We are pleased to announce the publication of our Making It Real Action Plan on the Think Local, Act Personal website.

Making It Real marks our progress towards Personalisation and Community-Based Support by publicly declaring our commitment to improving the way the people who use a MacIntyre service experience their support.

Our top three priorities have been developed following a collation of themes and thoughts arising from what’s working/not working discussions at existing “My Voice” groups, separate discussions focusing on the Making it Real markers with people we support and employees and as a result of the strategic discussions held with Groundswell and VoiceAbility.
