Annual Leave
Leave entitlement starts at 25 days plus bank holiday equivalent (pro rata).  Increasing by 1 day per year, for each COMPLETE year's service as at 1st January each year  up to a maximum of 5 days.

Sick Leave
Company sick pay is paid at incremental rates, to employees who have worked over 12 months

Long Service Awards
Employees who have completed 5 full years service with us receive High Street vouchers, and then further vouchers for each full 5 years, up to 30 years service.

Training
A full induction and Personal Development Plan is provided to all our joiners. Ongoing training is encouraged with flexible approaches including e-learning packages and conventional classroom settings

We value the skills and potential of our workforce and all development opportunities are open to our existing staff. Many of our senior managers have progressed within the organisation from Support Workers

Employee Assistance Programme
A confidential support service for our employees and their immediate family members, which includes counselling and advice on issues such as stress, health, relationships, debt and family matters.

Staff Council
The views of our workforce are important to us and these are fedback formally via our Staff Council and Employee Opinion Surveys. We also seek and act on informal feedback on a daily basis.
