Leave entitlement starts at 25 days plus bank holiday equivalent (pro rata). Increasing by 1 day per year, for each COMPLETE year's service as at 1st January each year up to a maximum of 5 days.
Company sick pay is paid at incremental rates, to employees who have worked over 12 months
Long Service Awards
Employees who have completed 5 full years service with us receive High Street vouchers, and then further vouchers for each full 5 years, up to 30 years service.
A full induction and Personal Development Plan is provided to all our joiners. Ongoing training is encouraged with flexible approaches including e-learning packages and conventional classroom settings
