We are looking for people who can make a positive impact on the live's of others; attending to the small and personal details that really matter, each day every day. This could be within one of our schools, learning centres, residential services, or in the community. We look for people capable of adopting a Person Centred Approach with a respectful, intuitive and creative focus on the people you will be supporting.

Experience is not always necessary as we will provide a full induction and training programme for the right person with the natural characteristics to have Great Interactions with the people we support.

Our selection process includes submitting a MacIntyre Application Form (we do not accept CVs) a short personality questionnaire, an interview, and if appropriate a visit to the service. We involve the people we support in the selection process wherever we can.
